Rnd 1: Work 10 sc in ring, join with a sl st in first sc—10 sc. Fasten off A, join B.

Rnd 2: With B, ch 1, (sc, ch 3, sl st) in each sc around, join with a sl st in first sc. Fasten off.

With a sewing length of yarn, sew the Flower to Rnd 4 of the Hat as shown. Weave in the ends.
